This high rise residence was a compilation of furnishings from three of the owners homes. We incorporated some existing furnishings with new upholstery and added the finishing touches to pull it all together. The end result is a sophisticated and spacious entertaining space with a bit of contemporary glamour.
These clients were eager to move on to the “second stage” in their lives with children grown and preparing for grand baby visits. Their needs and wants were to incorporate possible existing furnishings mixed with new finds and make it all new again. Lots of happy colors and light & bright were the requirements and the finished end result.
This Heights town home blends beautifully some very soft and feminine furniture shapes and fabrics with some very bold and masculine touches. The end result is a wonderful mix of capturing all of the things this client loved and having it coordinate perfectly. The challenge was finding just the right balance of furniture for a small space that the couple loves to entertain in.
This Bellaire master bedroom project was a great collaboration between designer and client. We used some existing furniture and added new pieces to compliment. Our palette was taupe with a tiny punch of aubergine and lots of metallics. The end result was very refined Hollywood boudoir.
This client also did two mini-makeovers on her guest bedrooms utilizing all of her existing furniture that we pulled together from several different rooms in her home. We added color but kept a soothing, retreat like feel where guests would feel comfortable.
This hill country vacation home was completed in 2005 for a couple looking to get away from the big city. We mixed elegant furnishings with warm, soft colors and gave them a few rustic touches as well. This home was designed for comfort and flexibility of guests in a special casita so that friends, children & grand children can all come to visit and enjoy.
